Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Local applicants only. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording day to day financial transactions and complete posting processes into Quick-books and other duties as assigned. This role requires a strong understanding of general ledger accounting, as well as proficiency in accounting software.

Responsibilities



Coordinate and manage timelines for weekly deposit data entry into Quick-books with Finance Manager Manage weekly accounts payable Manage Financial filing Oversee and manage ticket sales for performances work to be done on-site with few remote opportunities Other duties as assigned

Skills



Proficient understanding of Quick-books, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Willingness to be flexible and adaptable Demonstrate attention to detail and high-quality work Maintain a consistent and efficient work ethic

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
