We are currently seeking a BPO Life Insurance & Annuities Operations Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 Years Life Insurance & Annuity experience.
- 3 Years Claims experience.
- 3 Years Customer Service experience.
- 1 year work at home or Hybrid office, using computers experience.
- High School diploma or GED
- Great communications skills
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking between multiple software programs & screens
- Team player who assists others, when assigned
- Exhibits empathy towards customers & team members
- Time management a must to succeed in this role
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
- Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.
- Performs quality audits on accounts.
- Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
