Responsible for delivering volume and profit goals for the assigned suppliers with an expectation of 1-2 days per week spent in retail market.We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team. • Develop and maintain effective customer relations and promote the good will of the company throughout the trade area
• Manage assigned suppliers to develop annual sales and marketing plans
• Develop and grow favorable supplier relationships through effective communication and execution of sales plans
• Manage SKUs for assigned suppliers, including product selections (additions and deletions), pricing, and profit margins
• Track, measure, and report on sales and marketing plans
• Identify and recruit new supplier partners for the company
• Manage supplier launches, retailer events and brewery visits
• Manage and conduct product knowledge training for assigned brands
• Participate in the development of sales programming strategies
• Assist Sales Management in the identification of gross profit enhancement opportunities as required
• Effectively communicate assigned supplier sales related information to the entire company
• Assist with the forecasting of seasonal and special-order products for assigned brands
• Ensure successful sell-through of all seasonal and special-order products for assigned brands
• Conduct monthly control and review sessions with Craft management and breweries
• Conduct regular work-withs with BSS sales representatives
• Conduct market work with Supplier representatives
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and news and respond to new developments
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Job Requirements:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree with an emphasis in marketing, sales and management
• Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
• Some overnight Travel required
• In-depth knowledge of Beer industry
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent analytical abilities relating to sales and retail issues
• Computer proficiency including use of Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and VIP/iDig
• Ability and willingness to work independently
