WHAT YOU WILL DO

onX is seeking a Offroad Brand Marketing Manager with a passion for the outdoors! As an onX Vertical Marketing Manager for Offroad, you will be a key stakeholder in the overall marketing strategy. Your job will be to own the messaging for campaigns. Campaigns at onX include: new product feature launches, Brand moments, and sales. You will work closely with the product and marketing leads, joining forces in understanding the competitive landscape and consumer insights to align on future campaigns. Messaging will include defining the core value propositions and creating relevant customer-facing content. This position will report to the Offroad Marketing Leader.

As an Offroad Brand Marketing Manager, your essential job duties and responsibilities will look like:

  • Define and write marketing campaigns inclusive of sales + brand moments.
  • Partner with the product marketing manager to help execute authentic content such as screen shots, images, and video.
  • Partner with the Offroad Marketing Leader to inform the sale and brand strategy from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate the timeline of launch across all channels.
  • Write creative briefs in coordination with channel owners, to bring the campaign to life.
  • Work with the channel teams to determine success metrics to report on.
  • Be the face of on-X offroad in multiple scenarios such as: podcasts, events, and videos.
  • Plan and execute events, be able to create an experience that will lift the brand halo.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding for the onX product and off-road consumer.
  • Showcase the art of thinking creatively with past brand campaign experience.
  • Have the ability to push outside of your lane, we are looking for an individual that is always looking for ways to improve and taking action on these areas of improvement.
WHAT YOU\'LL BRING
  • Five (5) years of professional, full-time experience in Brand Marketing
  • Must have an understanding of best practices across all marketing platforms (digital, social, and event marketing)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
  • Experience showing ROI with past marketing roles spanning all parts of the Marketing mix.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to find solutions for unstructured problems
  • Experience in and/or knowledge of the Powersports and/or off-road industries.

  • Content creator is a plus.
  • Multi-platform analytics familiarity (ie: Amplitude, Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.)
WHERE YOU CAN WORK

onX has created a thriving distributed workforce community across several US locations. This position can only be performed from an onX corporate office, \xe2\x80\x9cBasecamp,\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cTalent Cluster.\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Corporate Offices: onX\'s was founded in Montana with offices in Missoula and Bozeman. If you prefer to work in an office at least part of the time this is a great option.
  • Basecamps: onX\'s Basecamps are established virtual workforce communities where a sizable number of distributed team members group for work, volunteering, socializing, and adventure.
  • Our current Basecamps are located within a 90-mile radius of the following: Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; and Seattle, WA.
  • Talent Clusters: onX\'s Talent Cluster locations are smaller, emerging communities of distributed team members.
  • Our current Talent Clusters are located within a 60-mile radius of the following: Boise, ID; Charleston, SC; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Richmond, VA; Spokane, WA; and Vermont.
HOW YOU\'LL BE COMPENSATED

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $85,000 to $100,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.
