Do you want to be the first point of contact at a luxury building in Pittsburgh? We\'re hiring a evening Building Concierges at The Cascade located in the lively north shore area. The Cascade offers riverfront views and easy access to all of Pittsburgh\'s major highways.

Whether adding an extra touch of comfort, convenience, or a sense of luxury, a Building Concierge exceeds our tenant\'s expectations by executing top-notch service. Responsible to develop relationships by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, and managing first impressions.

Schedule: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 1:30 p.m. \xe2\x80\x93 9 p.m.

• Routine property walks to ensure cleanliness and submit work orders as needed.

The experience you bring

• High school diploma and/or equivalent
• Two years of experience in hospitality, service, or property management is highly preferred.
• Comfortable speaking frequently with tenants and visitors.
• A positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
• Organized, energetic, and possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
