Evenings and weekends.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Serve as communication and public relations liaison between citizen groups, Group Representatives, community education staff, district personnel and custodial staff. Reflect in a positive manner the district\'s and Community Education\'s philosophy of community use of facilities.

• Review calendar of events, anticipate services needed and work cooperatively with those responsible to determine additional services and/or manpower needs.
• Monitor general condition of facility before, during and following scheduled activities. Report any defects or special needs to custodians on duty and to Facility Use Specialist.
• Monitor groups to assure adherence to appropriate use of district facilities.
• Distribute materials and/or equipment including media equipment as advance requested.
• Answer telephone as needed.
• Collect monies and deposit with Community Education as needed.
• Clean and/or assist citizen groups with cleaning of facility to return it to desired condition as specified in supervisor duty guidelines. Knows the location of, and proper use of cleaning materials.
• Acquire/return facility keys from Community Education as needed for assignments.
• Report to Building Supervisor Specialist on all relevant matters.
• Attend annual orientation, staff development, and special meetings as assigned.
• Complete all training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
