This position will help establish and improve business processes by acting as a focal point of contact with business users. The successful candidate will partner with our agency customers to understand their business processes, build out requirements, model workflows, and assist in successfully implementing new solutions. Our Business Analyst will also have the opportunity to serve on our Agency Operations Center or Agency Drive Team to directly assist in firefighting efforts throughout the state.
