Job Title: Business Analyst-Reporting & AnalyticsLocation: CityScapeWhat you'll do: The Analyst - Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for supporting the organization by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on key business data. This role will involve developing reports, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting in the creation of data-driven insights to help inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working with data.

• Assist in creating and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards to track business performance.
• Develop data visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights effectively.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports delivered to internal stakeholders.
• Regularly update and optimize existing reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and relevance
• Understands reporting and visualization best practices and can recommend the same to the business partners. Owns end to end reporting.
• Perform analysis on datasets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and regular quality checks.
• Partner with teams across the business to gather data requirements and understand their analytical needs.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes and methodologies.

What you'll need:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with writing complex SQL queries, designing logical data models, DAX calculations, power query.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with large datasets and present findings in a clear, actionable way.
