Position SummaryThe primary purpose for the Business Analytics Senior Analyst is to provide direct analytic support for the Clinical Research and New Solutions department, specifically, the Prospect Analytics division through extraction and interpretation of prospect data directly from our data warehouse(s). The analyst will provide reporting, analytic support, and consultation to our core customers (New Sales, Proposals, Underwriting, Rebates, Account Management, and Clinical Account Executives) engaged in the new sales service model. In providing this service, the analyst will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and will require cross-functional collaboration. This role will require a reporting and analytics background with many activities specific to process development, client reporting, and process enhancements. This individual will possess functional, technical, and advanced business knowledge to provide customized solutions for various RFP reporting needs. In addition, there will be a technical component that is required with a thorough understanding of relational databases, the information warehouse, claims data, and SQL code.Essential FunctionsData Analytics & Devops \xe2\x80\x93 Perform standard ETL process and reporting for Account teams and Prospects. Query data warehouse(s) using variety of tools available. Extract data and manipulate into reports for client both internal and external. Ability to assist in identification and development of automated solutions for process improvements. Develop new reports, models, and analytic solutions with innovative ways to present data in order to support New Sales and Account Management teams. This requires combining business knowledge and data acumen along with technical (Python, SQL, Alteryx) skills to efficiently complete requests.Consultation \xe2\x80\x93 Consultation with stakeholders to understand and interpret data requirements, issues, and data requests. Cross-Functional collaboration as needed to create alignment with stakeholders.Collaboration \xe2\x80\x93 Business Analytics Senior Analyst will need to collaborate with multiple departments across the company including New Sales, Proposals, Pricing, Underwriting, and internal Knowledge Solutions areas. Business Analytics Senior Analyst will need to facilitate hand-offs between multiple areas and will be asked to provide SME support on multiple projects/initiatives.Project management and prioritization \xe2\x80\x93 Business Analytics Senior Analyst will be overseeing multiple projects and initiatives. Business Analytics Senior Analyst will need to be able to manage multiple initiatives at the same time and negotiate timelines/priority with stakeholders.Communication \xe2\x80\x93 Effectively communicate goals, outcomes, direction to all stakeholders including internal employees. Create a unified voice and environment for open dialogue and collaboration.Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, Alteryx
• Experience with developing & automating technical processes
• Experience in querying data and understanding relational databases
• Strong business and organizational skills
• Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Solid customer service, technical, analytical, and communication skills required
• Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, Databricks and other Cloud-based platforms a plus
