In 2024, we\'re leveling up our strategy by engaging strategic partners to rebrand and modernize our events approach while building on the success of our Make Your Move Summit and The Experience events from 2023. Core competencies include marketing, brand and content with the end goal of upskilling the analyst to get them associate-level ready. This role will position one to think as an independent strategic thinker with exceptional drive, energy and ownership of projects to drive acquisitions and client engagement.
The Sr Associate will report to the Brand Creative Strategy Lead who leads creative brand strategy and campaigns for Chase for Business. During their rotation, the analyst will have the opportunity to lead location management of our signature CfB activation The Strategy Studio. The Sr Associate will own the creative planning and development of our all Chase for Business branded events such as Make Your Move Summit and Small Business Week. In addition to owning the creative strategy, the Sr Associate will support budget planning, brand strategy for 2025, campaign management and other ad-hoc projects. One of the most unique functions of this role is working across and leading diverse internal and external work streams such as communications, content, social media, talent COE and creative and PR agencies.
