  • Develop new accounts and implement plans for growth in existing accounts, using consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Nurture leads with goal of converting them to customers and managing referrals from
existing customers.
  • Grow existing accounts through organic selling (suggest other products and services) and refer to outside sales team potential significant opportunities.
  • Provide accurate quotes and follow-up, order entry into order fulfillment system to
initiate sales process.
  • Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge.
  • Continually provide feedback on sales opportunities to outside sales.
  • Close customer deals
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Set up sales call opportunities for Outside Sales Representative
  • Initiate calls to customers with information requiring product knowledge, expediting responses, order delays, order status, production delays, credit problems, etc.

  • Provide timely (within 24 hours) feedback to customers regarding any changes in order status, beyond original quotation
  • Provide customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance of customer satisfaction.
  • Practice and adhere to Company operating procedures, process, policies and core values.
  • Training of new inside sales team members.
