Job Summary As part of the sales and marketing department, this role is integral to achieving Everts Air\xe2\x80\x99s market and revenue growth objectives. This is accomplished through developing relationships, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the Everts brand to leverage new business and retain current customers.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to outstanding and prompt customer service while carrying out all duties.
  • Respond to customer requests, provide administrative support to the sales team, and assist with customer service when needed.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by generating, and following through on sales leads via outside and inside calls, and established media. Accomplish all communications timely and accurately.
  • Document and track all significant customer interactions and competitive information in the company CRM.
  • Participate in community and trade show events, and other activities to promote Everts Air services and generate business leads.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gain sales leads and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Everts Air offerings, processes, and changes in client services.
  • Support and participate in an organizational culture in which a passion for continuous improvement is innate.

Qualification
  • 1-3 years of customer service, administrative, or sales-related experience.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Transportation sales, logistics, or brokerage experience preferred.
  • Able to prepare and complete forms effectively and collate data.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong listening skills with the ability to interpret and analyze customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
  • Must have a working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Office products, and be comfortable learning the company\xe2\x80\x99s reservation and CRM systems. Experience with Teams and HubSpot a plus.
