Job SummaryThis Business Development Principal is responsible for building and maintaining key strategic relationships within their respective client portfolio inclusive of Specialty Pharma Manufacturers, assisting with RFP\xe2\x80\x99s and new sales. Proactively drive strategic growth opportunities with senior executives, using market insights/knowledge, while working cross functionally with product, account management, operations, clinical and sales. This position has ownership of the contract, development and execution of short and long term account strategy, retention and achieving business unit strategic goals within their respective manufacturer portfolio. The Director is required to be a subject matter expert of their Pharma contracts and have a solid understanding of Specialty services to successfully identify program improvement, up sell and strategic expansion opportunities. This includes renegotiating contracts as needed.Responsibilities
