Leverage network and business partner relationships to create sales opportunities.
Develop external customer relationships through effective communication, courtesy, that exceeds expectations.
Analyze market data for product fitment and propose focus areas for business development.
Effectively manage conflict situations while in negotiations.

Must Haves - Must have sales/account management in plastics injection molding!! -Idea candidate would have a strong acquisitions profile in plastics (Tier 1 + OEM Industry), has network connections, more hunter vs farmer, and can potentially lead an entire Account Management group (not guaranteed). -Right candidate will have strong business acumen skills \xe2\x80\x93 and will act as high individual contributor. First order would be tasked to acquire new business sales within the USA markets for plastics automotive. Focus should be on someone with maturity that speaks to their performance.
