Overview:
IronConnect is seeking Business Development Manager candidates to lead Sales teams toward achieving revenue targets. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading Sales growth, managing the Sales team, and owning the revenue number for a territory. Will lead teams of Inventory Consultants and Customer Success Managers to achieve revenue goals while also mentoring and developing overall Sales skills for career growth. This individual will develop a strong understanding of company product, suggest improvements, and educate partners on company capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong B2B Sales knowledge, relationships and experience.
