Business eBanking Representative
Operations Department - Woodsville
-35 Hour position
Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for a Business eBanking Representative in our Operations Department. This is a full time, 35-hour position.
Responsibilities:
Primarily provides support, collaborates and assists as needed with all Business eBanking services. Serves as the primary back-up for the Business eBanking Coordinator.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Balances both Merchant Capture and Mobile deposits on a daily basis
- Reissues eCorp employee tokens and performs eCorp system cleanup of inactive users
- Assists with the approval and release of ACH and Wires submitted through eCorp
- Assists with processing notification of changes, returns and reversals
- Reviews Merchant Capture Deposits on a daily basis
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use and learn computer-based system
- Attention to detail
- Ability to travel regularly and have reliable transportation.
