Business Law and Civil Litigation Law Firm seeks an additional Attorney to join the firm.Some of the areas of law we practice in are: Business and Commercial Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Professional Liability, Personal Injury Claims, and Estate Planning.This Attorney will be licensed to practice Law in Nevada, have excellent knowledge of the legal principles and civil procedures, be an excellent communicator and be proficient in drafting legal documents. You will have a support staff working with you on your cases.Experience:xc2xb7 Minimum 5-10 years of Civil Litigation and/or Business Litigation experiencexc2xb7 Able to follow through with the cases/Case Managementxc2xb7 Able to produce Legal Research and Document Reviewxc2xb7 Making Court appearances, Motion hearings, etc.xc2xb7 Experience in attending and representing in Depositions, Mediations and Arbitrationsxc2xb7 Trial experience is a plus, but not mandatoryBenefits:Health xe2x80x93 100% employer paid; Dental and Eye xe2x80x93 employer pays 50%; 50K life insurance - employer paid, Salary DOE with year-end bonus.If interested in more information about the firm and the position, please submit your Resume today for an immediate interview xe2x80x93 we are ready to hire.
