Agent Boost Marketing is looking for an office/community manager in our South Jordan office. You will be responsible for supporting our day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone to help facilitate daily operations and help maintain an excellent work environment for our team members and partners. Looking for someone who is also motivated to advance in their career and take on multiple tasks and projects. Represent the company - Greet and Communicate in a positive manner with our insurance agents, staff and guests. You will be tasked with answering phone calls, coordinating with and helping guests, sending and receiving mail and packages. Oversee day-to-day operations in-office - monitor and maintain office supplies, work orders, office cleanliness, conference room and office reservations and meetings. Main point of contact for our landlords. Issuing and managing parking, key fobs, agent access, etc. Work with our SLC manager to coordinate business cards, marketing materials, event items, swag. Manage client fulfillment - Order supplies, process and ship client fulfillment packages through Shipstation. Coordinate company events - Assist in set up and take down of company planned events. Executive assistant activities - Running errands, monitoring sales materials, supporting sales teams and field agents needing supplies. Assistant Contracting team - provide necessary agent support to the contracting/licensing team. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits:
