About the Role
Veho uses a network of independent contractor drivers to complete last-mile package deliveries to customers. The Delivery Experience team is responsible for a) enabling Veho to grow its package delivery volume, b) identifying risks to the stability of Veho\'s operations, c) establishing business standards on how Veho will manage delivery quality and d) enabling new service offerings such as ship-to-store and same day delivery. We are a highly capable, diverse, values-driven team, and we\'re looking for strong candidates to help achieve our ambitious goals.
As a Strategy & Operations Manager on the Delivery Experience team, you will be an individual contributor and develop a deep understanding of Veho\'s operation and transportation network, lead projects to support the growth of new and existing clients, and improve upon Veho\'s best-in-class on time delivery rate. Candidates must be comfortable analyzing data using SQL and spreadsheets to generate insights and recommendations. You must also be able to translate these into action by managing and implementing complex projects.
