Overview

Business Services in RI includes Safety, Environmental, Emergency Preparedness, Technical Training, Storeroom, Fleet, Facilities and Real Estate/ ROW.

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the different departments in Business Services in administrative and analytical work.

This position will report to the Director of Business Services.
Responsibilities

The position\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility includes but is not limited to: * Develop and manage department KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.

• Create and provide regular and ad hoc repots and analysis to management.
• Administer vehicle ordering, title, and registration for RI fleet.
• Administer multiple programs for different departments within Business Services.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications * Attention to detail.

• College degree or a minimum of 2 years experience as an Analyst.
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly proficient in PowerBI.

Preferred Qualifications * VBA Excel programming ability

• Experience in leading meetings
