Our client, a leading automobile manufacturer, is looking for a Business System Analyst to join their team. Role is hybrid onsite and is responsible for maintaining CRM system, new user setup, permissions, and data loading.
location: Dearborn, Michigan

salary: $65,000 - 73,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- CRM admin functions including but not limited to new user setup, password resets, user permissions, org wide defaults, org maintenance, and data loading
- Process refinement and enhancements such as field updates and general org usage, layout, and setup
- Assist in the development, design and implementation of new services, elements, and functionality
- Manage user requests and resolve issues
- Assist with CRM and ERP integration requirements - working with users and IT
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
