Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Busser/Server plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service within the food industry.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, ensuring that all tables are attended to promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and bussing tables as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate order delivery and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services as required. Ensure that all food safety standards are met while handling food items.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in restaurant or hotel settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary for food service tasks.
