Job Description
SUMMARY
Monitor and accurately complete all aircraft paperwork, as appropriate, to ensure safety and timely delivery. Provide leadership for technicians.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish work priorities to assist the Lead. Ensure work performed adheres to high quality standards.
- Highly proficient with forms
- Establish work priorities and supervise the work of up to 10 Technicians
- Effectively interact with customer representatives
- All other duties as assigned
- Must have an A&P, an A License or a Repairman Certificate, and Computer experience.
- Dependability: personally responsible, completes work in a timely manner, and performs tasks accurately.
- Initiative: plans work and carries out tasks without detailed instructions.
- Time management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and effectively deal with tight deadlines and pressure.
- Strong judgment and decision making.
- Problem Solving
- High School Diploma/GED. Must have a minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environmental characteristic for this position is primarily an indoor setting. Candidates should be able to adapt to low/high temperatures and be prepared to work in adverse weather conditions.
