Cabinet Division. What We Offer:



Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)

Full Time: 40+ hrs./5-day work week

Responsibilities:



Lead the Cabinet Division team & subcontractors to successfully execute every aspect of all projects Monitor daily performance & provide consistent leadership Schedule client consultation appointments to discuss retail & new-build cabinet projects Utilize 2020 software to create a cabinet design, provide sample suggestions, prepare detailed bids, close sales, & schedule installation team Conduct regular meetings with installation staff to review all projects Supervise cabinet installations to maintain quality standards Oversee cabinet ordering, maintaining strong knowledge of cabinet vendors & product availability Meet with remodel contractors to provide schedules, essential project details & address all job-related tasks Work with warehouse leads to coordinate schedules for the storage & deliveries of cabinets Build strong relationships with subcontractors, installers, clients & staff to quickly react & solve problems Execute all daily tasks & responsibilities essential for each project's success Adjust project schedules & work with tradesman as project conditions change Manage all necessary paperwork for accounting in a timely manner Ownership of the Cabinet Division P&L, developing sales strategies for growth, monitoring expenses & maximizing profitability Ensure customer service issues are documented & addressed promptly Drive innovation & enhance system efficiency Uphold professional standards for all team members & subcontractors






Desired Skills & Qualifications

:

Minimum of 5-8 years' proven work experience in Cabinetry, Project Management, Construction Management, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of 2020 design software, ProKitchen, or Cabinet Vision (REQUIRED)

Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)

Must pass a drug test (REQUIRED)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)*
Excellent client relationship skills A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations. Ability to adapt & respond quickly to a shifting reality so priorities are adjusted accordingly Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority Advanced time management & interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities Strong personal & professional ethics Excellent verbal & written communication skills Knowledge of RFMS a plus
