We are seeking for a Cable Installation Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable systems, including TV, internet, and telephone services. This role involves handling various types of cables, ensuring seamless connectivity, and providing top-notch customer support

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation

Install cable and telecommunications equipment in residential and commercial locations. Ensure all connections are secure, properly configured, and fully functional.

2. Maintenance

Conduct routine system maintenance, including signal testing, equipment upgrades, and adjustments. Ensure continuous, high-quality network performance for customers.

3. Troubleshooting

Diagnose and repair connectivity issues related to cable, internet, and telecommunications systems. Identify and resolve network faults and equipment malfunctions.

4. Customer Service

Interact with customers professionally, providing technical guidance and service options. Address customer concerns, explain billing, and offer support for system usage.

5. Quality Assurance

Ensure all installations, maintenance, and repairs meet company standards. Adhere to safety protocols and comply with industry best practices.

6. Documentation

Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and repair activities. Update customer accounts and submit detailed service tickets as required.

7. Training

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Participate in company training sessions to enhance technical skills and service quality.
