CAD Designer - Land Design/ Survey:Our client is looking for a CAD Designer to join their Allentown office. They are in need of a CAD Designer who will be responsible for the preparation and production of boundary, topographic and physical feature location survey plans, subdivision plans, and land preservation surveys. This includes analyzing and interpreting complex data, performing advanced math calculations, preparing boundary, topographic, as-built and other types of survey plans. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to create surfaces and produce elevation contours for topographic surveys, prepare metes and bounds descriptions, description exhibits, as-built record drawings, and report pertinent progress information to the Project Manager and/or Surveying Services Manager.Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • 2+ years of drafting/design experience in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
  • AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience.
