:Under moderate supervision, the PBX/ Call Center Representative answers a multi-incoming computerized PBX system and directs calls to the appropriate extension, department or individual. Responsible for monitoring and responding appropriately to medical emergency alarms, fire, and equipment failure.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they\'re invaluable. • H.S. Diploma or GED
• 1 year Answering service background, or professional switchboard operation.
• Experience with heavy call traffic, multi-incoming and outgoing lines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years experience with computerized switchboard operation.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• 1 year PBX Operator
