Member Service Center Representative \xe2\x80\x93 365 Live Call Center


Schedule: Four days per week, 10 hours per day. The three days off per week will include either Saturday or Sunday, and two of the three days will be consecutive


Available Shifts (subject to availability):

• 8am-7pm
• 9am-8pm
• 10am-9pm
• 12p-11pm

Pay: This position has a starting pay range of $16.00-$18.00/hour, based on experience.

As a Member Service Center Representative at Michigan First Credit Union, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be challenged to deliver five-star service while building relationships with our members. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• 
  Deliver stellar service to credit union members. No slackers here!
• 
  Serve as a face (well, voice!) for our brand. Happy, confident, positive \xe2\x80\x93 that\xe2\x80\x99s who we are.
• 
  Provide solutions. We want the critical thinkers, the expert interviewers, the stellar listeners. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be able to pinpoint a member\xe2\x80\x99s issue and talk them through the solution \xe2\x80\x93 whether it\xe2\x80\x99s a problem with online banking, account information, or just a general inquiry. You may even take some loan applications!

Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For:

• Outgoing, personable candidates. You must truly love people to work here.
• Team members to work one of three shifts \xe2\x80\x93 we have opportunities around the clock!
• Previous retail/customer service experience.
• Call Center and/or financial institution experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be able to type, search, and perform transactions quickly, all while providing a friendly voice and high quality experience for our members. They deserve the best!
• Education. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have to be able to learn our processes, products, and services quickly and thoroughly. That\xe2\x80\x99s what we\xe2\x80\x99re here for, after all! You\xe2\x80\x99ll need a high school diploma/GED. An Associate\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or a related field is a plus!
