As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships and enhancing our brand reputation.Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues.
  • Follow call scripts and procedures to handle various customer interactions.
  • Use CRM software to enter and update customer information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
