Join our team as a Call Center Sales Agent, selling exciting vacation packages using a state-of-the-art predictive dialer! As a sales agent you will be asked to read a small script to build customer excitement. Once a customer expresses interest you simply turn the call over to a takeover agent and they do the rest. Average call time 3-5 minutes, so be ready for a high paced environment.

What We Offer:

Uncapped income potential with competitive compensation: $13 per hour or 15% of your personal net production. After training, our entry level representatives typically earn $700-$900 per week. Clear opportunities for growth in a dynamic and supportive environment. In-office position only: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, with shifts Saturday twice per month.
Your Role:

Engage with potential customers through outbound calls using a predictive dialer. Use scripts to create interest in our vacation packages and generate sales.

A disciplined approach to work and a positive mental attitude (PMA). Coachable and eager to learn. Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English. Commitment to a full-time schedule, including a mandatory shift every 4th Saturday.
