Campground General Manager Wanted Our well-established campground is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of the camping industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits, and the General Manager will report to the ownership group. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the campground\'s operation, including but not limited to, guest services, reservations, maintenance, housekeeping, and marketing.
• Provide strategic leadership for the campground, including developing and implementing short- and long-term plans, goals, and objectives.
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure they provide superior service to our guests.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, local businesses, and industry associations.
• Monitor and control expenses, prepare budgets and financial reports, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and implement health and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the camping, hospitality, or related industry, with at least 3 years of general management experience.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to create a positive guest experience.
• Knowledge of campground operations, maintenance, reservations, and marketing.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
