Position: Full-timeCampus: GilbertReports To: Production DirectorThe Campus Production Manager works with the Production Team and Campus Team by managing all live production aspects of a specific Central campus. This includes managing live production environments, programming and operating live production systems, volunteer management, scheduling, system maintenance, inventory management, and campus team projects.Essential Job Functions

• Manage AVL systems across the campus
• Program AVL systems and content for all production environments
• Support the Weekend Producer in producing the weekend experience programmed by the Programming Pastor, coordinating locally with the Campus Pastor and Worship Leader.
• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling of weekend experience volunteers.
• Maintain AVL system inventory and maintenance schedules
• Work with Campus Pastor and campus team for on-campus events
• Manage audio engineer contractorsxe2x80x99 training and scheduling
• Work on all team projects when required

Experience & Working Conditions

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience working in ministry is preferred but not required
• Experience working in a live production environment
• Basic working knowledge in key AVL production systems, including but not limited to xe2x80x93 DiGiCo, Waves, ETC, ProPresenter, Resolume, Ross video switchers, Bitfocus Companion
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Standing for extended periods of time
