Renewal by Andersen, a nationwide industry giant, is a hiring an entrepreneurial sales and marketing leader to grow our Tulsa, OK office into the largest operation of its kind in the United States. You will have total authority in Tulsa, OK with growth opportunities - and full responsibility for the top-line and bottom-line results.Attractive compensation package includes Base, Bonus, comprehensive Benefits, and Incentives.You must be willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK. Depending on your current location, relocation reimbursement may be available.WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING - The Role

• Build a team of lead generation managers and field sales reps in a unique abundant market.
• Lead training and sales methodology with our reps so that they may be able to discuss our products and services with the customers.
• Full Territory responsibility for the top line and bottom-line results.
• Commit to providing an unparalleled customer service experience from start to end.

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING - The Person

• Successful experience in hiring, training, coaching teams.
• Previous management experience and proven results in motivating sales teams.
• Lead Generation, preferably In-Home Sales.
• Experience with High-end Products or Services.
