Come join Lansing\'s only full service car wash team since 1962 at KWIK Car Wash & Express Detailing. Opportunities for advancement in the company are available with hard work and versatility. We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic team member. Must be 18 yrs or older and have reliable transportation, and be available 20-40 hours a week, with weekend availability. We offer flexible schedules, employee car wash discounts, paid vacation opportunity after one year of employment, weekly pay, direct deposit and often daily cash tips.
Job duties include: Preparing vehicles for the wash, vacuuming, spraying water and brushing vehicles, drying vehicles, cleaning windows & other tasks to maintain the car wash. This is a fast paced job, similar to a factory on busy days. $11.50 / hour includes a $.50 / hour weekly premium for perfect attendance. Depending on the day you may receive cash tips which vary ~$2 - $5 / hour.
With hard work, you may also be trained to become a detailer. Detailer pay range varies depending on the value & number of details scheduled, time spent. On average the pay is ~$15 - $40 / hour often with cash tips received by the customer with great work.
