Looking to hire a Maintenance Technician, hours will be approximately 15-20 hours a week. Looking for someone who has basic mechanical skills and an electrical aptitude. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. Duties and responsibilities will be to troubleshooting equipment, housekeeping, repair/replacing electrical and plumbing. Position requires working at heights and lifting 50lbs plus.
