Part-Time (2-3 days/week), with potential for Full-Time during peak season beginning in April/May

Shifts:

10-12 hour shifts

Compensation:

$18/hour + 2 hours of overtime per 10-hour shift

Caramel Cutter & Production Assistant

to join our team!

Position Overview:

This role requires

precision, physical endurance, and strong time management skills

to hand-cut our caramel products while maintaining quality. The position also involves

cooking and wrapping caramels

, with the potential to transition into a

Production Associate

role responsible for making all our handcrafted products.

Key Responsibilities:

Hand-cut caramels

into uniform pieces with accuracy and efficiency

Cook and monitor caramel batches

to ensure consistency and quality

Wrap and package caramels

for distribution

Work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions

(caramel is

very

temperature-sensitive)

Maintain cleanliness

and organization in the production area

Assist with additional production tasks

as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Physically fit and strong

- this is a hands-on, labor-intensive role

Excellent attention to detail

- precision is key!

Time management skills

- caramel production requires efficiency

Reliable and hardworking

- we need someone who shows up ready to work

Ability to stand for extended periods

and lift up to 50 lbs

Previous kitchen or food production experience

is a plus but not required
