Job Description
A Cardiac Electrophysiology physician is sought for an urgent locum tenens position starting October 1st, 2024, in Honolulu, Hawaii. We offer patient-centered cardiovascular care and utilize advanced technology with a comprehensive range of services for both routine and complex heart conditions.Practice Setting:
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care (60% hospital, 40% clinic)
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- Very infrequent night and weekend call by phone
- Outpatient and inpatient rounding
- Approximately 3-4 procedures per week
- Non-invasive includes EKG and Chest X-ray Analysis
- Invasive consists of Pericardiocentesis, Temporary Pacemaker, Permanent Pacemaker, EPS (Electrophysiologic Study)
- Electrophysiologic Ablation
- Elective Synchronized, Emergent
- Valid Hawaii medical license or state medical license with a clean background
- Board Certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology
- ACLS, PALS, and DEA certifications
- Travel and lodging are provided
