If so, consider joining our team as a Cardiac Rehab Registered Nurse at Northwest Medical Center Bentonville. Key responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Promotes patients\' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requirements Include: Requires an associate\'s degree and is certified as a registered nurse Prefer Bachelors degree in Nursing. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
