Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY



Provides administrative support to one or more individuals in a division/department. Responds to inquiries from other areas in the Bank.



ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS


Performs a variety of duties to assist in smooth and efficient daily operation of the department. Performs calculations necessary to obtain data for regular or special reports or documents. Retrieves, prepares and manages records of debit alert communication to Banking Centers Responds to Banking Center calls or e-mail inquiries on debit card alerts and debit card disputes. Retrieves and files various card or ATM compliance documentation. Perform essential functions of Resource Card Desk such as Resource Card ordering, card maintenance, card closing, responding to Resource Card internal email requests, working e-forms for Travel Exception cases, card limit increases, card creation function and Test ATM Balancing. Exercise common sense and good judgment in decision making. Understand the department standards, policies and procedures established by management.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS


Excellent organizational skills and attention to details Works effectively in a team. Excellent customer service skills. Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; Excel, Access, Word, and Internet Explorer.


EDUCATION



High school diploma or GED.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS



Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
