Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees the accounts receivable program and assigned staff in the areas of invoicing, collections, management of financial records for designated business lines in accordance with regulations and established procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required Associate\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Accounting preferred.
• Two (2) to Three (3) years of accounts receivable experience in a lead role.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and processes.
• Experience in training and supporting multi site users in accounting applications/processes.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and Lawson.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, and deadlines simultaneously and to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data. Proficient in data entry and management.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
