Wellington Place at Biron is currently hiring a Care Coordinator for our CBRF. The Care Coordinator works under the direction of the Facility Administrator. The Care Coordinator\'s primary duties involve scheduling of staff and handling the day-to-day functions of the facility, in collaboration with the Administrator, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing community-based residential facilities to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.

Qualifications:
Must have current CBRF Certification
Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills
Must speak and understand English
Previous experience in healthcare, geriatrics, or a long-term care setting
Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly
High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership/Management experience in a healthcare or business setting
Experience with healthcare scheduling
