- Cover open shifts and manage client care schedules.
- Pick up timesheets and drop off supplies to clients.
- Conduct supervisor visits and provide companionship and conversation.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Run errands, do grocery shopping, and handle laundry tasks.
- Engage clients in recreational activities and provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Assist with Alzheimer\'s care, mobility, transferring, and positioning.
- Remind clients about medication and help with training and orientations.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from Benton Harbor.
- Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation required.
- Flexible availability for various shifts (day, evening, night).
- Prior experience in caregiving (professional or family) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Weekly pay at $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
- Flexible scheduling options (10-hour, 12-hour, 4-hour shifts).
