Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Support residents with mobility and transfers as required - Provide care for residents in memory care and dementia care units - Uphold and respect residents' rights at all times - Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas - Participate in organizing and engaging residents in social activities - Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies - Collaborate with the care team to implement comprehensive care plans effectively Skills: - Proficiency in long-term care practices - Experience with home community care services - Familiarity with memory care and dementia care protocols - Knowledge of social work principles - Ability to administer first aid when necessary - Understanding of resident rights advocacy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
