Compensation: $18.00-20.00 per hour.Job Summary:
- The Care Navigator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for our members and their families.
- Responsibilities include guiding members seamlessly through the check-in process and addressing their care needs from start to finish.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
- Update member information in electronic medical records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a diverse care team.
- Aid members with electronic paperwork and document uploads.
- Handle inquiries from prospective and current members and their families.
- Manage incoming calls and provide detailed messages to the appropriate parties.
- Support center events as required.Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care experiences for senior members.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups including staff, providers, members, and vendors.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and electronic medical records.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC skills.
- Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic work environment.Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Associates degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum one year of clinical or similar work experience.
