  • The Coordinator Accountable Care Operations is responsible for operationalizing and managing network and product development initiatives that support strategic goals around accountable care, value based payment and population health. This position will manage work plans across organizational committees to support joint strategy.
  • This management role has responsibility for achieving its mission of advancing the health of all people. This position is expected to unceasingly lead the creation of an environment that is focused on patient-centered care, a culture of Yes, and working together to embrace the values of care, deliver, innovate and serve.
  • Support implementation of accountable care/value based product offerings with Payers and Employers.
  • Create and manage works plans that support strategic accountable care initiatives.
  • Work across organizational committees to ensure coordination between providers, payers, and employers. Identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings and improved quality.
  • Coordinate and track metrics and data that support our various accountable care and population health initiatives. Facilitate dissemination of reports to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development, administration and achievement of the budget and financial targets of accountable care payer arrangements.
  • Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction by creating a culture of Yes, investigating and responding to patient problems and complaints, and following up on satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordinate and direct development of processes and procedures for assigned areas, which are compatible with established policies.
  • Represent the area of responsibility as needed or requested by manager or administration.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred.
Requires experience working with managed care, reimbursement, care coordination, and network development with payers, employers, and providers.
Minimum five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with managed care, reimbursement, care coordination and network development with payer, employers and providers. * Experience with accountable care/value based population models preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
Experience with finance, budgets and process improvement strongly preferred.
Experience within an academic medical center is highly desirable.
