About the Role:
The Career Developer carries out the services of the Individual Support Plan and Career Support Plan by identifying individuals\' strengths, abilities, and interests, and develop a strategic plan to match career opportunities for individuals with local employers. In addition, this position will provide direct support to individuals that is consistent with their employment and career goals who are on their case load.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in developmental services required.
- Commitment to community inclusion and individual choice.
- Flexibility, dependability, and ability to work independently.
- Must have a valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
- *Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.
