Responsibilities
- Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living
- Provide Personal Care Services including Bathing and Toileting Assistance, Transfers, Mobility, Dressing and Grooming
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain comfortable and healthy living conditions
- Provide companionship services to reduce senior isolation
- Provide medication reminders
- Plan, prepare and serve meals
- Complete client\'s shopping or accompany them to do so successfully
- Transport client to and from appointments
- Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in case of an emergency
Qualifications
-
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills -
Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation -
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner - Dependable to complete all assigned shifts

Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year) -
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards -
Supportive and compassionate -
High School Diploma or equivalent -
Take pride in providing high quality care -
Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
