Join us in making a real difference in our residents\' lives! Our award-winning campus at Regent at Burnsville is hiring Part-Time Caregivers (CNAs/ HHAs/ PCAs) to join our team! We believe in helping caregivers grow in their career, and we are offering paid scholarships for CNA training. In addition, we are also offering a $500 bonus!

There are Part-Time, benefit eligible positions working a varied schedule including every other weekend.

Shifts: PM Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) ( Sun,, Tues., Wed., Fri, Sat. ) Schedule .

Pay: $16 - 22 / hour depending on experience

What does a Caregiver do?

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Complete light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

What does a Caregiver require?

• Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be 18 years or older.
