Job Overview
As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position requires compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those under your care.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing Support individuals with mobility challenges and assist with transfers Monitor and record vital signs as needed Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions Administer medications under supervision Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
Experience
Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or related field is preferred Knowledge of memory care techniques is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting when required Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial Familiarity with home community care practices is advantageous
