Successful Candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Will have previous client/patient care experience (1 year preferred).
• Has the ability to work with a diverse population comfortably.
• Thrives in changing and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to adapt and present professionally.
• Skills and knowledge with ADL and IADL care.

• Proficient in diverse methods of bathing.
• Ability to assist with hygienic tasks.
• Proficiently understands and demonstrates proper transfer techniques.
• Understands the aging process and basic understanding of diseases.
• Will have a vehicle, auto insurance, and driver license.
• Clean DMV record and no criminal history.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish open communication with seniors, their families, and office staff.
• Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, transfers
• Personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and loved ones
• Medication reminders
• Balanced Care training that helps incorporate a holistic approach to enhance the lives of seniors
